Does this hook up and save to your phone? null

There’s an app for this device that you download to your phone and it supposed to save videos. I’ve been able to review the videos only when I’m in the car on the phone but I can’t figure out how to view the videos when I’m in the house or away from the car.

Does anyone know the name of the app? I couldn’t find it.
