“Does Insignia have their own program for remapping the keyboard or do I need to use the Microsoft mapping program?”

• This would best be answered by Insignia, but for me I did not use any kind of remapping. I just messed around with certain key combo's I used to use on my old Mac-style keyboard and found what I needed.
