Yes. I put a screen protector on my niece's nintendo switch and its fits nicely in the case.

If they make the case too big, it will be bulky. There is not much room left after the switch console and 10 game cards. But on the side of the pocket, it's still enough room to put an extra USB cable and probably another joy con in there.
