Approximately 5 1/2 inches long, 3 1/4 inches wide and maybe 1 inch deep when closed.

The inside is a little larger, but the case you asked about will fit the drive and USB cable.

About 3.5 x 5.25 x 0.5 inches each halve. Take in account the corners are about 0.5 radius. The bottom of each part is also rounded.
