“I bought this case a week ago, and it has bubbles and the coating is chipping already. I have never dropped it and it is brand new. Am I able to replace this case for a new one?”

Even though I'm answering this a year later, I bet the answer is yes. Anyway, for sure after a week, I know Best Buy would stand by an Insignia product. I don't know how this case could have "bubbles" - it's solid plastic. And I don't know it to have a "coating" - it seems rock solid to me. But yes, Best Buy stands by their stuff.

My wife had the same problem. Best Buy let her return the product even after a month of having it.
