Mine came with a pigtail!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine came with the 3.5mm pigtail antenna. If not, you should be able to get one from any electronics store, or online, or make one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The pigtail antenna is included. Try calling another agent with Insignia. If you have no luck I suggest making one yourself: get a 3.5mm mono jack (NOT stereo) and 6 feet of single strand insulated wire and connect one end of the wire to the tip in the jack. Insulate the free wire tip on the opposite end from the jack with an insulation tape cap.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My last purchase has FM Pigtail but I wonder if reception is any diff from the Adjustable ant.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Pig Tail antenna does come with the radio. If you not you can make one. Radio Shack sell stereo jacks add wire attached to the tip of the plug. The pig tail is about 4 feet long. Using a longer wire may be helpful

If you did not get one in the box, you can always ask to exchange it in a store, provided they have another in stock.
