“Trying to connect my 2007 panasonic DVD recorder to latest verizon Fios STB. Plays dvd fine to TV. but unable to record from the STB using the insignia HDMi to RCA connector. My STB has HDMI out only . The DVD recorder has RCA in as well. BUT NO LUCK.”
