Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used this connector first on an Acer monitor, and then again on a Sylvania monitor from an Acer Nitro 5 laptop (not at the same time). The only issue I ran into was when I first connected them, I got a floating grey/white box on the second monitor that said "Input not supported". After trying to configure the monitor, I found that I had to go into advanced settings, and insure that the refresh rate was set to 60 MHz. Once I did that, the grey floating box disappeared. I had to do it when I changed to the Sylvania monitor as well.
