There is a cord from your router to the computer ... that cord is connected to the wrong computer inlet. Just try another another inlet next to the one it is presently conneected .. that should solve the video problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This item converts HDMI to VGA, it does not do the reverse which is what you need. I believe Best Buy does sell the item you need. You do need to make sure the item is VGA to HDMI, not HDMI to VGA.
