Had to buy kit from best buy and had them install it and it does not work properly

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Before I can answer the question just need a little more information. Do you already have a water source hooked up to an ice maker? If so everything that you would need is inside the kit that comes with the ice maker. If not you may have to have a plumber come out and run a water source to the ice maker so that in turn the ice maker can be installed.
