“Does the TV antenna work in a basement with glass block windows?”

• Theoretically, yes. Any antenna's performance depends on a number of factors: how close you are to the broadcast signal, how good your tuner is, and where you position it. To be frank, I've had less than stellar luck with this antenna; it's not horrible, but it's not aweesome either.

• I'm guessing that these see antennas do not work below ground level as they must get signals through the air and especially not through block walls
