• It's a cable antanea...so it simply screws/plugs into the coax cable input of your tv. Should not interfere at all with your Netflix or hulu

• Extremely easy & even for the person who doesn’t enjoy reading instructions. I personally installed & had it working within 15 minutes.. The knob makes positioning easier. I definitely recommend this purchase.
