Will this work with my Cisco work phone null

If it has a 2.5 mm stereo headset jack, yes. If it has a 3.5 mm stereo headset jack you will need the short cord adapter "stereo female 2.5 mm to stereo male 3.5 mm" which was included. Will probably not work on a cellphone to ANSWER calls, but dies work on my Samsung Galaxy S7 smartphone for both listening and recording audio tracks.
