• whether or not headset works on your smartphone depends on if your smart phone has a headset jack (receptacle) and what size it is. Most home phone jacks are 2.5 mm; Our smart phone (samsung Galaxy S7) has a 3.5 receptacle. So, that needs to be checked before you buy. Some headsets have various adaptors. We mistakenly bought a headseat that was for a COMPUTER and the jacks were too large for the home phone AND they needed both input/output places. That was set up for skype, facetime, etc. Sorry this may not answer your question, but a lot depends on your phone. Some newer phones don't even have a headset jack (you can thank Apple for that! haha )
