QuestionDoes this headphone Model: NS-MCHMRJ9P, SKU: 5002700 have a RJ-9 connector or does it have a 2.5mm Jack, there is conflicting information, the picture shows a RJ-9 connector and the write up says it is a 2.5mm Jack. Does anyone know which it is?

- Answer RJ9 or T10. No 2.5mm heaset jack or usb.

QuestionNo user guide included so no info on how to answer or disconnect a call. I was finally able to take a call only for the it to be interrupted by a loud screeching noise causing me & the caller to hang up. Unable to complete a call. Help!!

- Answer No it won't. The headset connection hooks up to the base of the phone where the cord of the handset goes.

- Answer i would recommend getting a better one and its work great with magic jack .the only thing i had to do was buy a splitter for the phone so i could use either the phone or the head phone
