• It will not provide you with the software you need to clone drives but it will provide you with the medium for the transfer. HDD software available on the internet

• Would definitely do the job! You’ll need a cloning software… I used ninja one- very user friendly-clones all data including boot, so that all you have to do is run the software, wait for transfer and install new ssd!

• This product will enclose a drive and give you the ability to plug it into a usb port which you can use to clone the drive You will need software to do the actual cloning of your 1 tb to a 4tb drive.
