“Would this be able to read from a 2015 Macbook Air PCIe SSD? The packaging says "most" PCIe and says compatible with mac OS so that leads me to think it might, but I also know SSD readers can get specific.”

• No , Mac internal drives use a different style connector than standard format m.2

• It depends on the generation of connection if its a M.2 NVMe even lower it should work. My PC had a older NVMe SSD in it and it reads it fine.
