• You want to clone, as a back-up copy? First, the NVMe has to hold at least as much data as the original. There is lots of software to make simple clones for backup. Several are very simple to use with windows. I have not worked with Apples. You want to clone, making a bootable replacement copy? If you want to use it to replace your current SSD. There are several more steps and things to consider.
