• A:Answer As I do not own the tablet in question, I can't answer you reliably. A friend who has your system has hooked up an external USB drive but we have not yet tried this cable on his tablet to verify video functionality.

• A:Answer My Kindle Fire doesn’t have an HDMI port. This plug looks similar to the USB charging port but is definitely different. If you’d had 2 ports then the second one is likely for micro-HDMI. As far as I know the Kindle Fires do not support this capability.

• A:Answer Hi Marty, I own this exact cable, and I send videos from my laptop to my 55 inch Samsung flat screen TV with no issues. It should work perfectly with no issues, as long as the micro hdmi is an “out” and not an “in” on your Samsung note. In most cases it is an “out” but always want to double check that to be sure
