Does this heater have a high & low heat setting ? null

No, but you can set the temperature to what you want

It has a temperature dial that goes up to 95 degrees F. I think the fan has only one setting. I am thrilled with the performance of this space heater. Gotta play with it for a few minutes because it has an unusual lot of setting options for the price.

Yes it does. You can adjust temp. settings - increase or decrease it. 82 degrees gets the heater pretty warm, where as 70 feels okay.

There is a fan/low/high setting. See the attached screenshot from the user guide.
