Hello rudy, We are very sorry to read that the speaker would not turn on. i know how inconvenient this must be to you, but rest assure we will make every attempt to guide you. Please press and hold the power button to turn the speaker on. Make sure that it is plugged in and the bluetooth device is turned on. Or try to reset your speaker, use a proper tool to press RESET. Note: Resetting your speaker eliminates all previous Bluetooth devices from memory.
