QuestionSurprised by how nice this little speaker is ! Just one question, it works well with my phone and tablet but I cannot control the volume through my Lenovo Flex14 laptop/Win10. Instead I have to use the button on top of the speaker. Suggestions?

- Answer Figured it out. While system volume doesn't work, if I use the volume button within the program I am using, it's ok. Hopefully this will help someone else.

- Answer Interesting. I bought mine last year and my wife uses them in her classroom. We have never had a problem like that snd they in constant use. You have a setting turned on somehow. Contact the Geek Squad.
