Will it work on a digital TV in an RV camper? null

Yes this will work under on a digital television sets however the efficiency of it with respect to the location of the transmitter and the location of your RV but that model antenna is functional and you should have no problem with it

Yes as long as you have a power outlet to connect it to.

So long as your television is HD (ATSC) and you have a line of sight (a window fits) then yes, it would absolutely work. But it's not the best at picking up weak signals so perhaps consider another antenna in addition. Test both and whichever works better with your TV, return the other one.
