“Ok, I just bought a new Insignia headset for 79.99 at Best Buy. I had an LG. With the LG I was able to use hands free calling, I could be across the room from my phone press a button on my LG headset and tell it to "Call Mom" & it would. This one won't.”

I experienced exactly the same issue however got my Insignia for a better price. Apparently the LG is no longer sold at Best Buy.
