- Answer Only if you have the go pro microphone adapter that plugs into the mini or micro HDMI .plug on the side of your go pro.

QuestionJust bought this mic. It does not pick up any sound unless I hold the mic directly next to my lips. Is there a setting i need to adjust or did I get a dud? Seems everyone else likes these mics.

- Answer I am getting really low sound recorded directly into the PC. I'm going to try it with my Cannon. We'll see if it improves. :(

QuestionHi, trying to see if this will work with the Sony A6000 camera. this camera does not have a stereo/headphone jack however it does have usb. The adapter appears to be some type of USB but only says go pro adapter. Thank you!

- Answer Sorry no it won't work . Go pro cameras use a mini or micro HDMI hook up that looks similar to o small usb but they are different. Keep looking you should be able to find a adapter that goes from a 3.5 mm microphone plug to a mini usb though.

- Answer Depends on what you are using it for. If you have someone mic'd up and you want the audio amplified immediately (as in you are not just recording audio) then yes you need speakers..

- Answer You'll need to sync if recorded on two different systems. If your Mic is plugged directly into your camera you will not need to sync.

- Answer We had a similar setup, but ran it through a microphone pre-amp (Behringer Tube Ultragain MIC100) and that worked fine, provided we turned off speakers before we turned off the microphone. It did not work if connected directly to powered speakers.

- Answer No. You have no headphone jack. Even if you did, you’d need a plug with a TRRS end. This has a TRS plug.

- Answer I have a Nikon that is really loud in video mode with the lens focusing. Using the mic takes the sound away 100%. its good quality for what you pay.
