“I purchased this and the TV does not have optical just RCA and the insignia sound bar has both. Can't get sound even seeing TV too PCM.”

• Hey Dodge, are you calling the digital to analog device a soundbar? If so I am afraid you are out of luck. The device only takes a digital signal and converts it to analog. If you do not have a digital input you cannot make this work. If you do have a separate soundbar with rca inputs, then I do not know why you need the converter. this is the best I can do with the info provided
