If your TV has digital audio optical out , then yes this convertor should work for your headphones. The kit comes with RCA cables but not a digital audio optical cable. You would have to purchase a optical cable. Also make sure the TV audio output is set for PCM and NOT Bitstream. Hope this helps. Jeff
