• Mines is in my garage, so I can't see why it wouldn't work.

• It should as it's a outdoors antenna. Your location may affect what channels you receive. I got all local channels in the Green Bay area except for channel 11.

• It should work anywhere as long as it is mounted properly and aimed in the proper direction.
