I've never tried on a laptop but I wouldn't see why it wouldn't work as long as you have a headphone jack it should work.

If your laptop has Bluetooth connectivity, which most modern laptops do, then yes, you can use these or any Bluetooth headset with it. If it does not then you can buy an inexpensive USB dongle that will add Bluetooth connectivity.
