“I can't get to work with LG TV I have the audio jack plugged into the audio 1 on back of TV, unit is charged and paired light is on, but I cannot hear anything?”

• If you have satellite or a cable box, they need to be plugged into the box.

• Remove the cord from audio, plug it into the other cord provided then plug that one into audiio, it should give you sound.

• Had to find TV with a output on back for old ear plugs

• Make sure you are connected to the inputs on the back of the Insignia base. When you turn the base and headphones on, you should get solid blue lights on both indicating they are paired. If both of those are fine, the issue is with where you are connecting to your TV. Make sure the ports you are using on the TV are labeled for audio OUT.
