“Everything's connected but can't hear sound through headset??? Recently bought these headphones and hooked them up with my Insignia T.V, read the manual that came with them and all the details about what to do. So I did them and got a solid blue light on the docking station as well as the headphones and still can't hear through them. I've tried turning them up and all I hear is a beep that lets me know it's turned up. I am truly stumped and please let me know what I am doing wrong!”

Connect them to audio output in the back of your TV it will be white and red. Match the colors on the cable and the other end goes to the headset receiver.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You may not have a rca audio out and only a digital audio out. I had this same issue and had to but a 30$ converter to change the signal from digital audio to steep audio
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Connect the extra piece that cane with it which states it is used for connecting to sound bar, then connect that to your tv, that's how I was able to get my sound. Hope this help's you.
