THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED TO MY UNIT. HOWEVER, IF IT DID AND I ONLY OWNED IT FOR TWO WEEKS, I WOULD RETURN IT TO BEST BUY FOR A NEW UNIT. IT SOUNDS LIKE THE UNIT YOU PURCHASED IS DEFECTIVE.
