• It has a rewind button. Press once goes back a track. Hold down and it just rewinds til you let go.

• Yes, you would hold the fast forward or rewind button down until you reach the track you want, and then release the button. You can also check in the manual that comes with the product and it will provide you with instructions. I hope I was able to answer your questions.

• No ,but you can go back songs you have already heard on the CD,press the arrow pointing to the left .
