Hi. Thank you for trusting us, knowing that we will answer your question accurately. When you PAUSE your listening by pressing the Play/Pause button on the unit, and resume the listening using the same button, YES it continues from where you left off. If you turn OFF the unit, or remove power from the player (e.g.: remove the batteries), it will begin from the start of the track.
