After the ice is made it will slowly melt if you don’t remove it and put it in the freezer. If the basket of ice gets full, it won’t be able to make more Ice until there is room. I didn’t time how long the ice cubes stay frozen, but I am pretty sure they had minimal melting after a few hours. I haven’t tried leaving them longer than that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will eventually melt after you shut the machine down and then you drain water. I don’t use it everyday so it’s not on 24/7 but great product
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to put it in the freezer ^.^
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Once ice is made, it stays in the machine and keeps it cool as long as the machine is plugged in. You can then scoop it out to use when needed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can store in the freezer if you want to build up a supply. Other than that it will melt back into its reservoir and remake ice when its level is low
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It can stay in the machine for a little while or if using it as the machine makes more, however it begins to develop a watery outer layer in the machine, so I also use an insulated ice bucket to empty it into for serving additional drinks, then I continue to make ice and use an ice cream pail to store it in a chest freezer. This way I have ice to use right away at another time when first serving drinks while the machine is making more.
