We recommend checking the room temperature and water temperature, as they may be outside of the optimal range. The room temperature should be between 50°F and 105°F, while the water temperature should be between 45°F and 90°F for optimal ice production. QuestionOnly one thing of ice is made each time. I’ve only had this machine for a month. Anyone know what’s wrong?

- Answer It makes 9 cubes at a time until the tray is full or out of water. Are you saying it will make that 9 cubes and that's all? If that's the case, it needs to be fixed. Make sure the water is full. There is a 'MAX' line and you can see it when the tray is removed. It's not easy to see the word MAX but it there and if you have enough light, it'll show.

QuestionI've only had my ice maker for a month, it was working fine up until a week ago. Out of all the ice making prongs, only 3 of them freeze the water making ice. Does anyone have a solution or experience the same issue?

- Answer Most of the problems is when the ventilation is covered. Try to let the ventilation open and also dont turn it upside down to clean or so. It may get the refigeration liquid damaged or if you do let it rest for 12 hours before you use

- Answer I wouldn't, because of the oil produced by the coffee. You'd likely never get that out of the plastic tubing that refills the tank. But then, I don't drink coffee so what do I know?

- Answer This makes bullet style ice, which is soft (not rock hard) when its made. If you want really hard pieces of ice just throw the made ones into the freeze for an hr, otherwise the ice in drinks breaks down quicker.

QuestionHow are you supposed to clean behind the mechanical ice scoop? There is no discernable way to pop off the lid and clean behind there. The manual shows how to clean the reservoir and basket, but there is still pink mold growing under the control panel.
