try a different cable. if not, the battery pack may be defective.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try this. After you plug your phone in, push the button to turn it on. The lights will come on then go off. If you check your phone, it should be charging. No lights will be on the charger. Mine does the same thing. But it does charge.
