Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If your MP3 charges through USB it should. I charge my Fitbit watch, iPhones, and kids tablets with them. It comes with a micro USB cable so you might need to purchase different type of cables. Like a lightning cable for Apple if your MP3 cable requires a different type of cable but the other side has to be a standard USB to be plugged into the portable charging battery.

As long as this is the case, it should logically provide your device with a full charge as if the device was plugged into an outlet to be fully charged. Mind you, you will have to keep plugging the power bank in and recharging it if the device is not able to be powered by any other means.
