QuestionMy projector keeps pulling up this video. I have nothing connected to it. Even when I plug in my DVD player it won't do anything anymore. It just keeps playing the same thing on repeat. I need help resetting it.

Questionis there a remote for the projector itself? so i don’t have to get up to turn it on/off or change the volume? (i want to mount it but it would be hard to reach those buttons )

QuestionMy insignia keeps turning off while pluged in. It goes from green to red in just a seconed. Accoddrding to the manule. It is because it's too cold or too hot. It's cold in my basement but not that cold. How do I fix this so I can keep running the divice?

QuestionSo I have the projector hooked up to my HP envy laptop. It will not play Netflix, I can open and see Netflix through the projector however it will not play the movie. It just gives me an error code. I can play YouTube through chrome, but no sound. Why?

QuestionAnyone else have this constantly shut off after 5-10 minutes of use? (Displays white power icon then screen goes black as if it was intentionally shut off). In well ventilated area and no screensaver or sleep setting enabled on playback device.

- Answer I actually have an iPhone to that works just fine on my projector it sounds like the projector is it realizing that you have anything plugged into it for some reason could be the cord To your iPhone mine didn’t work at first either and I had to go to AT&T store and found out it was my phone they had to reboot you may want to try that at the store

QuestionI try connect my Bose portable speaker I get sound but I can’t watch. Movies on the projector when speaker connect I only can watch movies with sound using projector speaker and I have to turn off Bluetooth on the projector why?

- Answer I think the projector only doubles as a Bluetooth speaker. Either us it as a projector or use it as a speaker.

- Answer I have never used it as a stand alone unit...I use it with my iPad or my Phone. I have a HDMI to lightening adapter. It is easy to set up, the speaker is very good for such a small unit. And it can run off battery or plug in. Very convenient.

- Answer Nope. It isnt bright enough for even half dark room. I love it though, just have lights off.
