“Would this coverter work on a Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in terms of input lag?”

• The converter itself does not solve the issue. When I play my NES on my television using this, I have to put my television into "Game Mode," which makes up for the input lag, but supposedly lowers the picture quality a little (I can't tell.) So, if your TV does not have anything like "Game Mode," you will most likely have a delay.
