A:AnswerNo. This is only meant for a device with composite yellow red white in to a TV with HDMI input. Therefore it will not work in reverse. There is another device for HDMI into it and composite out which is cheaper.
A:AnswerThis worked great to connect my tv to my game console. the game is older and has no hdmi cables or hdmi plug ins, only the older audio/ video
cables, and the tv only has hdmi inputs. This adaptor worked great.
A:AnswerIf your NAD Amplifier has the red, yellow, white outputs to go to your DVD player, then yes. If you just need the sound, it may work as well. I have not tested it personally.
A:AnswerThis converter does require power to operate. It may help with the sound signal quality. But typically weak sound is a sign of a bad cable with RCA cables.
A:AnswerUnit converts analog signal to digital. All those zeros and ones needs juice.
I was able to plug USB power cable into switched USB port on my Sony DH590 Receiver so it’s only on when I select “Game” on the Receiver. The rest of the time it is off.
A:AnswerYou need an RCA output device. So if the device uses the legacy White, Red. Yellow outputs, then you need an RCA cable to use from your legacy device to use it for any HDMI display.
A:AnswerI haven’t hooked mine up yet but the directions say the highest rate pixels it will show is 1080. It should work but cannot increase the digital output to the tv from its original format. Your tv (depending on your tv) should be able to show the less detailed format at the rate the original digital source (dvd or vcr) was saved. Your question is really about the capabilities of your tv not the adapter.
A:AnswerIf your Windeguard antenna uses ARC output signals (red, white, yellow) then this should work to allow your HDMI device to recieve audio/video. If that isn't what you are trying to do, this would not be the correct decice.
A:AnswerIf you bravia only has HDMI input's yes! That is what I bought mine for! It isn't as good as a TV that has RCA inputs like we used to have. But it is a lot better than not having anything at all!
A:AnswerNot at home but memory says 3 ft. But you provide the input cable from your vcr or dvd drive to this unit which then has the short hdmi cord. You could probably put a longer hdmi cord on but would need to verify that. Use the higher quality connections, or just allow this small unit to be halfway in between the two connecting cords..
A:AnswerIt entirely depends on your system set up. If you are using the audio system as a set of speakers and the flow of signal is from the TV to audio system, you will need a HDMI to RCA adapter, not the other way around.
