• Yes if the VCR has component (white, red, yellow) RCA-type outputs that are connected to a device that accepts HDMI input.

• Oh joy! Oh rapture! Said the scarecrow my TV has a brain. Since I'm no techy, it took some thought, mostly becaudlse of my TV's confusing menus, but have sucessfully revived my x- box and VCR- just in time for Christmas! Searching for online help when I had questions was invaluable.
