Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes; you have 30 days from when you receive the unit, to try it out. If it fails during that time, you can return it a Best Buy store for credit. In my experience, electronic products work for 3 days or more than a year; so the 30 day trial period is probably OK. Also, if you buy the product using a credit card that has "extended warranty service," most likely it will double the warranty or add a year, whichever is less. That would give you 60 days of "protection," even if you cannot return it for credit. Check with your credit card company to see if you have this coverage (most cards for which you pay an annual fee come with it), and if so, what are the terms.
