I can't find replacement filters from any source. Beware the measurements shown in the Best buy website are incorrect. The original filter is 11.75 inches high and 8.9 inches in diameter. Instead you can clean your"disposable" HEPA filters. Several YouTube videos describe various methods for cleaning the filters. They directed me to eBay where you probably know, if you’re one of the people searching for this item, those listings are from Best Buy and the filter is “unavailable”. They then directed me to their parts department. I asked the customer service person to check for me, as I’m sure if they had them it would show up as available on the BB website. No luck there. Then they directed me to Amazon. I don’t shop there so I asked if they knew for sure the filter is there. She suggested I search for “hepa”. I told her that’s just the kind of filter, not the model I need. Whatever I asked, she seemed to direct me elsewhere so she could get rid of me. Waste of time. I’m still looking for replacement filters!
