“Before I buy this remote, is there a way to RESET the one I have that came with the TV?? I put new batteries in the original one and it still isn't working. It doesn't light up or anything to even let you know the batteries are working in it. Help!??”

To Factory Reset the Voice Remote, press and hold the DPAD-left, back button and menu button for at least 10 seconds. Then Restart the TV, press the Home button for 1 minute to pair the remote to the TV.
