I just want to comment for the misinformation on the other answer for anyone that come across it. Since this is a year old and OP probably solved their problem, This model comes with a remote and it has no buttons or joystick. Obviouslly they just don't know what the models look like or the features they have. It's ok that you don't know remote maker customer service, but don't spread misinformation if you don't know something.

The LG 45GR95QE-B gaming monitor does not come with a dedicated physical remote control. Instead, it is designed to be operated using the buttons located on the front or bottom right corner of the monitor.
