Dag...this is our 3rd set and all we do is connect the cables and plug it in. It sounds like your set is not getting power.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do you have the audio cables plugged in right? And did you charge the headset? When my headset is off and not on the charging station my blue light is not on. I am so far happy with this unit. Hope I was able to help.
