A:AnswerThe transmitter has to be powered, 120v, and audio cable connected to source, assumed to be your tv. So, wherever your set, cable box, dvr, etc. is powered plug it in there and run audio connection between transmitter and audio source.

A:Answercharging the batteries in the headset, first, turn the head phones on and leave them on until the batteries are completely dead, say for eight to ten hours then recharge them for a full eight hours non stop. If this works for you then you should do this every month or so.
