“Why are the battery packs not staying inside. They keep popping out.”

After you put the battery in, gently push down on the battery slightly and then release the locking tab with your other thumb and it will secure the battery inside.

They pop out when they’re fully charged

Make sure your putting it in the write way, what i always remember is the black strip side goes facing upwards when putting it in
