The brand doesn't matter, being induction compatible does. Cookware will have an icon on bottom that looks like a coiled spring to show it's compatible. You can test with a magnet, of it attaches to pan or pot it will work. Cast iron cookware will work with our too.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Its not only the special Magnetic Induction pots that can be used, if you have GENUINE Stainless Steel Pots & Pans, they will work. I've owned one of these induction burners for 4+ yrs now and I'm very pleased with it, however before you go out and buy these special Induction compatible pots, shop around for StainLess Steel ones first. To confirm that these pots will work on the burner, after you plug it in, put the pot on it and then turn on the burner. If it dont come on then its not compatable. if it comes on and stays on, then it will work ok.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is a classic 'horse before the cart' situation. Check your pots for compatibility with induction cooking using a magnet. if they work, fine. If not, you have to decide whether you want to go to the extra expense of buying new pots
